Madame, Monsieur,

Nous sommes une fois encore au regret de vous faire remarquer qu'il est dans vos attributions, en tant que fonctionnaire de l'Etat directeur de chaîne de télévision publique, d'en faire respecter les lois et règlements. Or nous avons pu constater un manquement à vos responsabilités à propos de l'émission : " Bravo les petits coeurs " du 29/12/02 animée par Véronika LOUBRY.
En effet celle-ci portait en évidence autour de son cou une croix chrétienne, ce qui est incompatible avec la fonction qu'elle occupe sur FRANCE 2 qui veut que n'apparaisse sur elle aucun signe de reconnaissance de son appartenance à une religion ou à une idéologie.
Nous vous demandons donc, une fois encore, de faire le nécessaire et de rappeler à votre personnel qu'il a le droit d'avoir une religion, mais le devoir de respecter les lois laïques de la République.
Nous vous prions de croire, Madame, Monsieur, à l'expression de nos sentiments respectueux.
